We go through this comprehensive process with you so that you are fully aware of what you are entitled to and why. We want to ensure that you are getting everything your child needs and have access to the resources to make that happen.

Our Comprehensive IEP Review Includes:

Discussing your child’s background. We’ll talk about your child’s history and struggles both at home and at school. We will also talk about interventions that were given at school and how they worked for your child.
Review of testing and current academic performance compared to where typical children in that grade are performing. Before looking at the IEP, we will discuss what goals and modifications are developmentally appropriate for your child. We will then compare that to what the school has offered. We can amend goals, delete goals and add new goals from there.
Written review of the IEP in the form of a report which you can share directly with the district so that appropriate changes can be made.
Ongoing guidance as to whom to contact and when for issues that arise during this process and throughout the implementation of the IEP.
